A: If you ordered the printed syllabus book prior to the 10-day deadline, you should receive the printed syllabus book via FedEx Express Saver to the address we have on file. If you only provided your professional address only during the registration process, the printed syllabus book will be shipped to that location. If you provided your alternative shipping address during the registration process, your printed syllabus book will be sent to that address. If you missed the 10-day deadline, your printed syllabus book will be shipped out during the next outgoing shipment to the address on file.
Q: What kind of software is required to view on-demand sessions?
A: WCPC offers a fully virtual experience. To engage live or on-demand, participants only need a computer, laptop, or smartphone, and an internet connection.

Q: Who do I contact for questions during the virtual event?
A: Our personalized help-desk concierge is available to optimize your experience throughout the conference. Please utilize the Online Help feature on the bottom right-hand side of your screen for immediate assistance during conference hours.
Q: How do I access the sessions?
A: Once you login to the virtual portal, you will be brought to the event homepage. In the top center of the screen, you will see the ‘Agenda’ tab. Click the ‘Agenda’ Tab and then scroll down to the ‘General Session’ and enter that session by clicking the ‘More Information’ button. The livestream of the event will be housed within that session.
Accreditation Questions
Q: How do I claim credit for participating in this virtual event?
A: To be eligible for documentation of the 20 credits offered for the sessions attended during this course, learners must participate in the activity and complete the sessions and overall conference evaluations, and post-tests. Participants who complete the evaluation online within 30 days of the conference will receive documentation of credit. Your certificate may not load if you are accessing it from a smartphone, or settings of your browser do not allow for a new tab/window to open.

STEPS
- Complete the evaluations of the sessions you participated in.
- Complete the Conference General Survey to unlock your certificate.
- Download or print your certificate of credit. If you require multiple certificates, repeat step. Once a certificate has been claimed, physicians and pharmacists may elect for credits to be submitted on their behalf to their boards via additional fields that will appear within the Claim Certificate page. Credits must be submitted through this process to be reported to the American Board of Surgery and the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy.

Q: What is the MATE Act?
A: The Medication Access and Training Expansion (MATE) Act requires requires prescribers renewing their DEA registration as of June 27, 2023, to have completed at least eight hours of training on opioid or other substance use disorders. This training can be provided by a variety of organizations—including HMP Education. HMP Education is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
